I've got a foot

I have got two,
They're very useful
When going to the loo.
I don't have to bend
To piddle
In the pan,
That is a benefit
Of being
A big man.
The problem
That I have
And I don't know
What to do, is
If I have a stiffy
How do I
Put on my shoe?
