KALEIDOSCOPE

Our world is full of sparkling beads
All jumbled in haphazard abandon,
Waiting for the giant hand of man
To mould in the mirror a pattern.
It's man who turns the kaleidoscope
The power to make things right,
Though all too often we fail
And the beads lie scattered in flight.
Please let the contents be settled
All the pieces can form a beautiful scene,
Instead of polluting the land and sea
And destroying what once there had been.
No more hunting shark for its fins
Give the tiger and rhino some hope,
We have the future of the world to care for
Be careful not to break the kaleidoscope.
