SPRINGTIME SYMPHONY

SPRINGTIME SYMPHONY

Nature is full of music,
This springtime symphony,
The morning chorus
Of singing birds,
A delight for you and me.
An orchestra in the hedgerow,
A fanfare of early blooms
 All can see,
With woodland streams
Trickling piano notes,
Babbling in rapturous harmony.
A trees percussion of buds
Bursting forth with glee,
Their fragrant notes
Of cherry blossom,
sing in perfect key.
All Gods creations
 The composers be,
Of this annual concert,
Performed since
 The dawn of history.

Phil Hall  May 2013
