BUCKET LIST
I've heard of
teenage lads,
Writing a ‘bucket list’,
How bloody
ridiculous when,
All they really
want
Is to get laid and
pissed.
They’d like to meet
a celebrity,
And try to get
kissed.
Popular on ‘Face
book’
Without getting ‘dissed’.
How about working
hard,
To better your
station,
And learn new
skills to
Improve our nation.
Switch off your
computer game,
And feel a world of
elation,
Speaking face to
face,
Not in a cyber conversation.
So, try to leave
the ‘bucket list’
To middle aged men,
Who've missed out
on youth
And want to try
again.
Put down your phone
And see your
friends again,
Live your life now,
Not when you’re two
score and ten.
The bucket list was
a poor film anyway,
Get out with your
friends
And enjoy everyday.
