CRACKED PAVEMENTS
Life can be like
cracked pavements,
Neglected, deeply
soiled and spoiled,
Being trodden all
over too.
The path of life,
With all of its
Twists and turns,
Is brightened by
avoiding
These cracks.
Skipping through
the maze
Of hazards placed
In our way,
Occasionally
tripping
And then
Getting hurt by the
fall.
Just like our
journey,
We get back up,
dust ourselves down,
Learn from the
experience.
Then onward we
march,
To our final
destination.
All pathways have
cracks
All lives
Have them too.
It’s how you
respond,
Repair or despair,
That is,
What will
See you through.
