COCKNEY RHYME

COCKNEY RHYME

If you fall down
The apple and pears,
You may end up brown bread.
Though you may only ruffle,
Your Barnet fair,
And bruise your
Orchestra stalls instead.

My old China plate,
Steak and kidney,
Will get to do bird for life.
He got Brahms and Liszt,
Out having a ruby
And ended up murdering
The old trouble and strife.
